Anthony Berrick

Consultant Psychologist & Powerlifting Coach
Anthony is a psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience helping individuals struggling with pain, anxiety and depression using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), an evidence-based behavioural therapy.
He is also an NCAS-accredited powerlifting coach and competitive powerlifter, and has achieved Nationals-qualifying totals in the 94kg and 105kg weight divisions.
Anthony understands chronic pain personally as well as professionally. He experienced chronic shoulder pain after being injured in a car accident in 2008, which persisted until he was introduced to the sport of powerlifting in 2015.

Anthony loves helping people struggling with persistent pain take control of their recovery, discover their true physical and mental strength, and live life to the fullest.
Anthony’s other passion is dog training, and he is the founder and director of The Cynophobia Clinic, Australia’s only specialist psychology clinic for people with a phobia of dogs.

Daniel Arbilla
BA (Psych), BAppSc (Ex Phys), AEP
Exercise Physiologist & Strength Coach
Daniel is an accredited exercise physiologist with five years of clinical experience coaching people with persisting musculoskeletal injuries.
Daniel uses acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based behaviour-change approaches such as motivational interviewing, alongside scientific strength and conditioning principles to guide clients towards their health goals.
He specialises in helping clients build resilience and self-efficacy, giving people the tools to self-manage, and providing professional guidance and support for those struggling with pain or chronic conditions.
Daniel also works as a clinical educator and mentor for healthcare professionals around the world, and regularly attends workshops and seminars to keep up to date with current evidence.
When he’s not in the studio, you can find him training in the gym or busting out popping moves on the dancefloor.
